DISEGNI DI SVOLTA CAMPAIGN

Campaign poster

This is my artwork for a call to action to denounce violence against women using illustrations for an awareness campaign in hospitals in Milan, my illustration in particular received a special mention.

For this proposal, I wanted to explore the emotions that, as a queer person, I experience in the face of injustice, discrimination, and - at worst - harassment.
Among them all, the most powerful and persistent is anger.

My illustration represents this feeling as an act of resistance: screaming, holding a microphone to break the silence, and raising a hand as a sign to say STOP.
It’s a gesture of protest, but also of self-defense and liberation.
Because when anger finds a voice, it can become action.

The campaign then took part in a physical exhibition at the State University of Milan
